Location: 1900 Building (51st & Stateline)
Get outside, move your body, feel connected. Boom, boom, boom!
An interval training class that mixes cardio and strength training. These classes are designed to meet you where you are, motivate you to reach your goals and offer the routine and community to help you feel grounded.
WHERE: Parking lot of 1900 Building @ 1900 Shawnee Mission Parkway
WHEN: MWF @ 5:45a FOR 4 WEEKS. Plaza location to be shared when you sign up and secure your spot. First week we will meet on Tuesday March 30th rather than Monday March 29th.
CLASS DESCRIPTION: This is an 45 minute outdoor, full-body, social distance, sweaty move and groove. This class will focus on functional movement circuit training. It will NOT focus on weight loss, it WILL focus on the important things - connecting with and lovin yo body.
Meet Your Instructor: Sarah is the wellness curious founder of INDULGE, fitness instructor, yoga teacher and mindfulness coach. She is honored to have been named two time Class Pass Instructor of the year and is a current lululemon ambassador and Garmin ambassador. Sarah believes building a life you love requires hard work, endurance and humility. Whiskey and adventure help, too.

Weights encouraged. Options: Dumbbells, weights plates, kettlebells. Reach out with questions.

*If extreme weather prevents us from sweating outside, we will take it online through Zoom (note we have covered space for rainy days)
*Although it it not preferred or expected - If needed for personal, health or other reasons, I will get a badass sub to lead the bootcamp.
