Do not be confused by the word detox, this will be a fulfilling five course, plant-based meal accompanied by teas, elixirs and a specialty mocktail. We believe the body has a built-in system to detox and supporting it with the proper seasonal foods will support you in living a balanced life. We also don't think it should be so hard, so you will walk away with spices, materials and tools to continue these practices in your everyday life.

THE MEAL
Stephanie Mohr's Ayurevedic meal will feature local, organic and seasonal ingredients. Ideal nutrition comes from consuming a variety of fresh foods that are appropriately prepared and eaten with awareness. It will not just be satiating, it will be beautiful. The colors of the rainbow promote a long and healthy life. Foods that are deep blue, purple, red, green, or orange are leaders in antioxidants and contain many nutrients that boost immunity and enhance health.

Sarah Michelle Buchanan
Sarah is the wellness curious founder of INDULGE which began as a biannual event focused on empowering women. The event removes outside influences and replaces them with nutritious fuel, movement and inspiration.
The company has now grown to offer additional experiences that invite people to experiment with wellness practices and adopt what suits them. She believes we each have unique biology, needs and priorities which require us to define our own individual balance.
Sarah's balance requires sweating, nutritious eats and surrounding herself with people that challenge and encourage her. She is also a human and drinks whiskey and enjoys sugar.

Stephanie Kieltyka Mohr
Stephanie graduated from the Kripalu school of Ayurveda. She grew up in the restaurant business and then enjoyed more than 12 years of her own catering business before making a decision to switch her focus to health in all areas. Realizing the toll stress can take on the body, Stephanie has found Ayurveda answered many questions to living a balanced life. With education, experience in food, exercise and family she is able to help you connect with mind, body and spirit in the highly accessible ways Ayurveda has known for over 5,000 years.
Stephanie will help you navigate how to feed yourself and your family with less stress and healthy tips from the holistic health science of Ayurveda.
