We are asking you, BEGGING you, to take time each day for 7 days to take care of YOU and recharge YOU. This is THE opportunity for you to prioritize recovering, resting, breathing and nourishment.

DAILY YOGA/MEDITATION: Make time for 10-20 minutes of breath and movement taught by Wendy and Sarah every day!
